The sun-drenched living room features a large LED smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and an adjoining balcony with grill to enjoy the gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and valley below. The spacious primary bedroom features a king size bed, an en-suite ¾ bath, and an additional balcony with views. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, with the third bedroom featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed with trundle storage, and an office desk with monitor. All bedrooms come equipped with smart LED TV’s. A whole-unit air purifier, ceiling fans in every room, and a smart thermostat coupled with forced air heating ensure your comfort throughout your stay. When it’s time to wind down, relax and enjoy the community hot tub located just a minute’s walk from your front door. Electric BBQ on smaller patio off the main living area. (HOA does not allow charcol or propane) Hot tub hours: 7 am to 10 pm (pls respect quiet hours) This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience. Winter Park Resort is only 10 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. Grand Park Rec Center is just down the street with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.
