Newly built, high end one bedroom with garage in the heart of Winter Park! Conveniently located along the free Lift shuttle route, a five minute drive to Winter Park Resort, and near some of the best places to eat in town. This is a wonderful first floor condo you’re sure to enjoy! This cozy condo is sure to not disappoint. Upon entry you’ll find yourself in an open floor concept with the living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the needed supplies to cook a large meal. A high table for four keeps up the modern feel of the house. The living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, sliding glass doors that offer lots of natural light, and a comfy sofa that with pullout mattress. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with patio access as well. The full bathroom is located in the hall and just further down is an in-unit washer dryer. One of the many perks of this property is the attached garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience. Free Wi-Fi. Please disregard old reviews regarding hot tub; the property no longer has a hot tub. We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed Winter Park Resort is just 4.7 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 0.5 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2 miles away in the town of Fraser. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.
