The villa is a magnificent two-level property that boasts breathtaking sea views and will soon feature a stunning swimming pool and BBQ area, making it the perfect retreat for a memorable vacation. As you enter the villa, you will be greeted by the spacious and bright open-plan living room, complete with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with friends and family. On the ground floor, there is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. This well-appointed bedroom is perfect for guests who prefer a more private space. On the upper level, you will find three more elegantly decorated bedrooms, along with the main bathroom. The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a luxurious private en-suite with a jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends sharing a room, while the third bedroom has a single bed, perfect for a solo guest. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful green garden, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Many of these beaches are naturally ideal for wind surfing enthusiasts! Historical sights: Discover the rich history of the region by visiting the famous Nestor's Palace (18km), Ancient Messene (65km), Gialova Lake (Natura 2000 protected area, 19km), Polilimnio lakes and waterfalls (35km), Neda river (44km), Castle of Kiparissia (27km), or Castle of Pylos (25km).
