Located inside the biosphere reserve of Sian Ka’an, this beautiful villa rests along the white sandy beaches of the Mexican Caribbean. The barrier reef is just at swimming distance, and at the back of the property the lagoon brings you to ancient Mayan canals. The house sets new standards of eco-design and comfort, and brings you a full-board service that includes excursions, massage, sailing, snorkeling, our finest cuisine, and a cocktail bar. Our staff will be delighted to attend to your needs and make your holidays unforgettable! The villa has many open areas where you can relax, read a book, or sunbathe. The roof terrace has exceptional views of both the sea and the lagoon, where the sun sets, while on the white sandy beach the transparent water constantly invites you to swim. Dining is an important part of the Casa Nalum experience. You can choose to eat in the formal dining room or any other part of the house such as the rooftop, the terraces, the decking, or even the beach. Our cuisine, a Mexican-European mix, can be tailored to your taste, with particular attention to cooking only with the freshest ingredients. Due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment (such as kiteboards), or audio equipment. Fishing is also forbidden to protect the endangered sea life. Pets are not allowed. Please note that roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved, so distances and travel times may vary depending on the season and road condition. Additionally, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
