Gulfpoint is the tropical resort that you always wanted to stay at. This condo is fantastic and the resort is even better. The amenities here are as good as it gets. This is a wonderful beautifully kept gated community with gorgeous pools and hot tub. It also has a clubhouse with game tables and a gym, as well as tennis ball, and basketball courts, and a playground. You will love grilling in the shaded BBQ area. Gulfpoint condos have a lot to offer everyone. You are also steps away from the beach and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. This Rent On Padre condo is gorgeous. It is a 2BR/2BA sleeping up to 6 people. You will definitely enjoy being here. There are lots of tropical touches. Included in your condo, the Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the Second bedroom has 2 queen size beds. The bathrooms have 2 newly renovated showers. You are on the 3rd and top floor. So you will never hear people moving around above your head. You also get flat screen TV's in each room. You are located on the southern part of the island, right off the causeway. There are some great restaurants that are walking distance or a short drive. If you feel like staying in for the night, You have a gorgeous galley style kitchen with plenty of room to cook. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Wristbands are required for all guests. Holiday weeks and June through August 24: $20 each, March though Easter: $35, last week of July through first week of August: $35 each. Other times: $10 each.
