Welcome to the Race Track. Step into the past and enjoy this beach home managed by Rent On Padre. It will remind you of coming to the beach when you were a kid This is one of the older homes on the island. But don't let that scare you, you have an amazing view, reserved for just you. You also have your own private beach access right from the steps of your home. You can sit on your porch and watch the waves all day and all night. This house is one of the original homes on the island. It is 4 bedrooms with 3 1/2 baths. It will sleep up to 18 people. Each bedroom has 2 full size beds and there is a futon on the lower level for 2 more people. The downstairs area has two bedrooms and a sitting area along with the 1 1/2 bathrooms. From this floor you can walk out directly to your beach access. Imagine not sharing a beach access with anyone but the people in your group. There is also a garage with a washer and dryer. As well as a collection of beach toys. Upstairs you will find the great room with the dining room, kitchen, and living room. This house is very comfortable for a large group. You also have an amazing deck with fabulous views. You will spend a lot of time on the deck counting the waves. You also have another two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Nearby activities include: Golf, Water Park (seasonal), Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, Fitness Center, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Museums, Beachcombing, Horseback Riding, Movie Theater, Nightlife, and many, many, restaurants.
