The granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances will make cooking at home a pleasure if you decided to stay in for a night. You get a main Bedroom with a King size bed. There is a King size bed in the second bedroom as well as a queen size bed in the extra room outside the bedrooms. You also have a sleeper sofa in the living room. You are located on the first floor, within steps of both your private boat slip and the pool. You can sit on your private balcony and enjoy the infinity pool that overlooks the marina. Beside the pool is a hot tub for you to soak in. The Beach is just a short walk away. There will be an additional wristband charge that will be charged when we confirm your reservation. The cost during peak times is $25 per wristband. Peak rental dates are: the month of March through Labor Day Weekend. All other times are $10 each.
