Main house (Ressman Haus): 4 bedrooms with 4 kings size beds with 3 full bathrooms Back Cottage (Wagen Haus): 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed plus 1 sleeper sofa in the living room area with 1.5 bathrooms. Must climb stairs: there are stairs in the cottage that lead up to the loft area where the bedroom is located. ** Important Note: The hot tub at the main house is currently pending repairs and has been removed from the listing until further notice. Please note that the hot tub at the guesthouse (Wagen Haus) is fully operational. ** *No Dishwasher in both main house and back cottage - Main house (Ressman): Permit#805600_1393 - Back Guesthouse (Wagen): Permit#805600_1392 - This property does allow children/infants. - Pets are NOT allowed. - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly.
