This property is not suitable for children/infants. This property is not pet friendly. - Must climb stairs: there is stairs going up to the Loft. At least 20+ steps. - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
