Managed by Heavenly Hosts - Sleeps 2 with a king bed - Full bathroom with a walk-in shower - Spacious and fully stocked kitchen with Keurig + complimentary farm fresh egg (no dishwasher) - 1 Smart TV in living room & can be viewed from the bedroom area - Indoor Fireplace - Private Hot tub! - Outdoor Chiminea, BYO Firewood BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding! Please note: goats are fenced in pasture, free-range chickens wander the property. We are on the skirts of Fredericksburg area in quiet area. - This property is not suitable for children/infants. - This property is not pet friendly. - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
