There is a minimum charge of one (1) Resort Access Fee per reservation even if you have no vehicles. The maximum number of vehicles allowed per property is six (6)* 1* Master suite with king size bed and private bathroom 2* Room with queen size bed and shared bathroom 3* 2x twin beds room with shared bathroom We provide 6 towels and there are full laundry inside the property As a courtesy we offer the Welcome Kit. It is not our responsibility to replace the Welcome Kit. The townhouse is located at: 8 minutes from Walmart 13 minutes from Disney 20 minutes from Premium Outlets 23 minutes from Universal RULES: Need to be 21y or older NO Smoking NO Pets NO Party BOOKING YOUR STAY: You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled. BEFORE CHECKING IN: Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered. AMENITIES: * Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request. * Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). * After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed. * Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. * Washer & dryer available. MAINTENANCE: We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
