SLEEPING: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and two more bedrooms each with a queen-size bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with plenty of closet space. LIVING: an open layout that brings the kitchen, dining and living spaces together – a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher, a dining area for meals together and a comfortable living room with TV. Washer and dryer available in the common area. OUTDOORS: a patio with your own private jacuzzi – heating included. RESORT: Regal Oaks guests have access to the community pool and free parking on the premises. LOCATION: 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, close to Old Town, US-192 and the Kissimmee shopping and dining corridor. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability. AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation. GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered. JACUZZI & POOL: Your private jacuzzi on the patio is heated at no extra cost. The communal resort pool is shared with other guests – please follow the posted rules and supervise children at all times. PARKING: Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. Please keep noise levels respectful, especially in the evenings. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages. AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available. MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection.
