BBQ Grill rental is available for an additional price. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 5. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags; all cardboard should be broken down. Please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, and do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community setup. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near the front door to be taken away by Resort Service. 6. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it if there is anything in the home that needs our attention, please kindly let us know. 7. This will be a self-catering house. 8. The primary guest booking the home must be 21 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.
