Earplugs/ sound machines provided. * This condo is 600 square feet in size. Main space Living room with sleeper sofa Fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee machine Bathroom with stand up shower Full sized laundry Bedroom King size Bed Outside Garden Level Patio with outdoor seating - can only be accessed from inside the unit. Please note there is no parking on site. With Urban living comes urban noises. Some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are provided. As mentioned condo is on the garden level so to get to and from the unit there are approximately 8 steps to go up/down. Due to city ordinance: No fireworks Quiet Hours 10pm - 8am Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. Pack n play available upon request for an additional charge. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
