Stylishly appointed, this space boasts an expansive view, new modern fixtures, spacious bedrooms, and much more. You can’t beat this central location for restaurants, bars, and local shops just steps away. And a view of West Bay - just 2 blocks away! *ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. *See Parking info below Open main living space with Large Screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker, 2 bedrooms - both with King Beds and large screen TVs. Primary suite has attached bathroom with 2 sinks, Walk-in Shower, and enormous walk-in closet. Laundry room with full capacity stacked washer/dryer. Private balcony. Full - Sleeper Sofa in the living room. This condo is 1,200 square feet in size. Please note: Noise Considerations: This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are provided Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Please note, this listing is not pet friendly per HOA guidelines.
