Sleeping accommodations for up to 14 guests. This is a ranch-style layout, so all bedrooms are on the same (and only) main level. Bedroom #1- King Bed Bedroom #2 - King Bed Bedroom #3- Queen Bed Bedroom #4 - Four Twin Bunk Beds Bedroom #5- Four Twin Bunk Beds 3 Full Bathrooms with heated floors An office, guest wing, 2nd family room, wet bar, and 2 fireplaces, all on one floor! There are 2 SUP boards, and a canoe available for guests to use. *All waterfront amenities are available from Memorial to Labor Day* This lakefront home is 3,500 square feet in size. Please Note: The tennis courts are private and NOT for guest use. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $129 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $2000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Please note, this listing is not pet friendly. DOCK – You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond it is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues.
