The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The dining area includes a table, perfect for enjoying your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics needed to prepare your meals, including utensils and appliances. The bathroom, complete with all amenities, ensures your comfort during your stay. For added convenience, the apartment has air conditioning, a Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Porto, in the city's vibrant cultural and tourist center. Within walking distance, you'll find a wide selection of renowned restaurants and bars, immersing you in the lively local nightlife. Aliados metro station is just 300 meters away, providing easy access to all the main attractions. Explore the Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge over the Douro River, the Sé Cathedral, and Avenida dos Aliados, all within easy walking distance. For your shopping needs, supermarkets and pharmacies are conveniently located nearby. At night, the surrounding streets come alive, offering an authentic experience of Porto life. For a more complete experience, take bus 500 near São Bento station for a scenic ride through Ribeira, Foz, and the beaches of Matosinhos, ending at the local market where you can savor fresh fish and seafood dishes. Important note: There is construction work taking place near the apartment, which will cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we have adopted a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to guarantee that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smoke odor, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. In case you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical assistance), the cost will be subject to inquiry. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses up to 150€. If this limit is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant is required to allow access for inspections when requested by the host, and monthly visits may be expected for this purpose.
