The apartment is located in the vibrant heart of Porto, just steps from renowned restaurants and bars, immersing you in the lively city life. Aliados metro station is only 300 meters away, providing easy access to all the main attractions. Explore the iconic Clérigos Tower, the historic Lello Bookstore, and marvel at the beauty of the Douro River and the Dom Luís I Bridge, all within easy walking distance. The Sé Cathedral and Avenida dos Aliados are also nearby. You'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops in the surrounding area for your convenience. At night, the streets come alive with the city's vibrant atmosphere. For a complete experience, take bus 500 near São Bento station and explore the riverside area, Foz, and the beaches of Matosinhos, with a final stop at the local market where you can sample typical fish and seafood dishes. Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we follow a policy of transparency so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 for smoking will be applied. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a cost of €40 will be applied after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost subject to consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit of water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses up to €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow a representative of the host to enter the property whenever requested for inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
