The space includes: * Bedroom/Living area: With a comfortable double bed, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. * Balcony: A small balcony, the perfect place to enjoy a drink or simply relax outdoors. * Kitchen: Equipped with the basics to prepare your meals, including essential kitchen utensils and appliances. * Bathroom: Complete with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. For added convenience, the studio is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Porto's vibrant cultural and tourist center, providing immediate access to the city's lively atmosphere. Within walking distance, you'll find a wide selection of renowned restaurants and bars, immersing you in the neighborhood's vibrant ambiance. Aliados metro station is just 300 meters away, making exploring the city easy. Major tourist attractions such as the Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, the Douro River with the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, the Sé Cathedral, and Avenida dos Aliados are all within easy walking distance. For your daily needs, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops are conveniently located nearby. At night, the surrounding streets transform into the city's most vibrant spots. For a more complete experience, we suggest you take bus 500 near the São Bento train and metro station, which will take you on a picturesque journey through Ribeira, the Douro River waterfront, Foz and the beaches of Matosinhos, culminating at the Matosinhos Municipal Market, where you can savor the authentic flavors of Portuguese cuisine. Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we follow a policy of transparency so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee to be determined upon request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a cap on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be charged for the excess. The tenant is required to allow access to a staff member when requested by the host for property inspections, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
