Welcome to your home base in the Smoky Mountains! This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath cabin sleeps up to 6 and keeps you close to local attractions, with a private hot tub and a game room for easy downtime. Settle into a relaxed, mountain-rural retreat designed for comfort and connection. The cabin sleeps 6 across two private king bedrooms plus a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms open to the deck, so morning coffee and fresh air are always on the menu. Unwind in the game room with a friendly round of pool, then take the relaxation outside where you’ll find a private hot tub, outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill for simple cookouts. Inside, you’ll have a laptop-friendly workspace for quick check-ins, along with an in-home washer and dryer to keep packing light. Dogs are welcome, too (see Important Things to Note). What You’ll Love • Peaceful Smoky Mountains setting, a short drive to family favorites like the Smoky Mountain Deer Farm & Exotic Petting Zoo, Deer Farm Riding Stables, and a local park • Private hot tub for post-adventure soaks • Game room with a pool table • Dog-friendly stay (fees and restrictions apply; see Important Things to Note) • Outdoor deck seating and a BBQ grill • In-home washer and dryer + a laptop-friendly workspace • Parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway • Both bedrooms feature king beds, deck access, and TVs (one cable, one smart) Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms) • Bedroom 1: King bed, deck access, cable TV (sleeps 2) • Bedroom 2: King bed, deck access, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower (sleeps 2) • Living Room: Full-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) Bathrooms: • Bathroom 1 (Ensuite to Bedroom 2): Walk-in shower, single vanity • Bathroom 2 (Hall): Walk-in shower, single vanity • Bathroom 3 (Half bath) Important Things to Note • Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles is available directly in front of the property. • Stairs: Stairs are required to access areas of the home; please see photos to ensure it’s a good fit. • WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to the Smoky Mountains’ rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty or occasionally unavailable in the area. • Exterior security cameras: Two cameras are installed outside—one on the deck facing the driveway monitoring the parking area, and one on the deck facing the rear entry door. They record exterior/common areas only. • Pets: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay (combined maximum weight 120 lbs). An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed. • Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the home for your convenience. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
