Welcome to Hollis's Hideaway in the Smoky Mountains. This comfortable house sleeps up to 7 and puts you close to favorites like Dollywood, Soaky Mountain Waterpark, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Settle into a relaxed, family-friendly retreat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fun loft. The main level offers two queen bedrooms, each with a Smart TV, and a cozy living area anchored by a seasonal gas fireplace. Head upstairs to the loft—part lounge, part game room—with a pool table, Smart TV, and built-in twin beds for a cool sleep nook. Enjoy easy outdoor living with a grill and seating on the deck plus a yard space. A washer and dryer make longer stays simple. When you’re not out exploring, you’ll have a laptop-friendly desk in the loft to catch up on emails or plan your next outing. What You’ll Love (Features) • Loft game room with pool table, Smart TV, and three built-in twin beds • Seasonal communal outdoor pool (see Important Things to Note for details) • Seasonal gas fireplace (October–March; see Important Things to Note) • Outdoor deck with seating and BBQ grill, plus yard space • Laptop-friendly workspace in the loft • Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the loft • Washer and dryer in the home • Parking for up to 2 vehicles (see Important Things to Note) Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms) • Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Queen bed, Smart TV; semi-ensuite access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo (also accessible from the hallway) • Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Queen bed, Smart TV; ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower • Loft (2nd Level): Three built-in twin beds, Smart TV, pool table, and desk Bathrooms • Bathroom 1 (Main Level): Semi-private full bath shared with Bedroom 1 and accessible from the hallway; shower/tub combo • Bathroom 2 (Main Level): Ensuite to Bedroom 2; walk-in shower Important Things to Note • Parking: Paved parking for up to 2 vehicles in the private driveway directly in front of the home. • Pool: The outdoor resort pool is communal and typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather and HOA permitting. • Fireplace: The gas fireplace is seasonal and available October–March. • Stairs: Stairs are required to access the loft level. • Winter travel: 4x4 or AWD may be required during winter months. • WiFi and cell service: WiFi is provided; however, due to the Smoky Mountains’ rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. • Security cameras: For security, there are 5 exterior cameras—one monitoring the entry from the deck, one facing the parking area, one facing the gas tank on the left side of the home, one facing the back door, and one facing the exterior steps to the crawlspace (marked no entry). They monitor exterior areas only. • Pets: This home is not pet friendly. • Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the home. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
