Bedroom 3: 2 Queen side beds, ensuite bathroom with stand-alone rain shower and bathtub, dual vanity, Smart TV, A/C and ceiling fan, desk, safe, and balcony. Bedroom 4 - Ocean View: 1 King size bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-alone rain shower, dual vanity, Smart TV, A/C, ceiling fan, and safe. Bedroom 5: 2 Queen side beds, ensuite bathroom with stand-alone rain shower and bathtub, dual vanity, Smart TV, A/C, ceiling fan, safe, desk, and balcony. Includes: Daily housekeeping, breakfast and lunch preparation (food and beverages not included), one 6-seater golf cart, premier golf membership (access four beach clubs, to golf courses, tennis center and fitness center), and concierge services. Gratuity is not included and is at the guest's discretion, but is always appreciated by our staff. Cancellation policy: Customer may cancel its reservation 60 days or more prior to date of arrival and receive a 100% refund, less than 60 days’ notice the reservation is non-refundable. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes.
