Cancellation policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 90 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations within 89 calendar days prior to the arrival date shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the festive season (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Weeks), a 120-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 120 or more days prior to the date of arrival, a 100% refund applies. If cancellation takes place within 119 calendar days prior to the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool area. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (less than 2 years). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
