The villa itself is cool, sleek and pared back in style, which allows for the glorious surroundings to bring Nirvana to life quite spectacularly. The water lilies in the main ponds surrounding the dining pavilion (the red and white bloom at night while the pink and blue bloom in the day) were chosen to be reminiscent of Monet’s Giverny. The gardens are bursting with gardenia, jasmine, bougainvillea, blue plumbago, petria, ixora, frangipani, and a native fruit orchard. Nirvana also has a permaculture garden that the chef uses to enhance beautifully prepared meals for guests.
