Surfside Sanctuary boasts THREE spacious bedrooms with THREE ENSUITE BATHROOMS! This beach house has the perfect layout for friends and families looking for relaxation and modern amenities! There is also a fenced yard perfect for Fido and friends! As you walk up the stairs to the front door, check out the water views from the front deck! Upon entering, Surfside Sanctuary has an open concept living, dining and kitchen space on the first level that is warm and inviting! The comfy living space has a lounger sectional, oversized chairs and a flat screen TV perfect for watching your favorite team or grabbing movie at night after beach going all day. The open chef's kitchen has all the modern appliances and cooking utensils needed to whip up your Favorite meals! There is a spacious, granite island perfect for meal preps and also extra dining space for the group. The FOUR-person dining table also expands to accommodate more people for evening meals. Follow the hallway on the first level, and there is the half bath complete with stackable washer and dryer. The Primary Bedroom is located just off this floor, with a luxurious Queen-sized bed and updated linens. There is also an ensuite bathroom located inside the Primary suite. Take the staircase to the second level, where there are TWO BEDROOMS and TWO BATHROOMS upstairs. Each bedroom has a pyramid bunk, sleeping THREE people with full ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom to ensure maximum privacy. Each bedroom also has exterior deck access to take in more of the Gulf views! Surfside Sanctuary is centrally located on the village side of Surfside Beach, Within a 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach, guests can enjoy easy access to the pedestrian friendly or drive beaches. Local restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops and parks are all located on this side of the village. Check out the historic site of Fort Velasco as a major marker in the history of Texas Independence from Mexico. Also visit the Bird and Butterfly Trail located next to City Hall on this side of the village. Take up fishing off the Jetty, and you are bound to catch a Red Fish, Drum or other local saltwater fare while watching the massive ships go by on the other side of the port of Freeport.
