Welcome to Bear Crossing Condo #103! This fantastic condo is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge, TN! Walk to all the action in minutes or sit and enjoy the Little Pigeon River from your private, covered balcony! This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over easily! The condo sleeps up to 6 guests and has 2 full bedrooms with king beds and 2 bathrooms, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo features High Speed Wifi! • Must be 21 or older to book this condo • This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum • This condo is easily accessible by main roads and parkways. We always recommend a 4x4 drive depending on all the areas you may travel within the Great Smoky Mountains region, but again, this condo is very easy to access, being right in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge, TN, on flat, paved city roads • Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate from October–March, depending on the weather • Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided • Bring your own coffee for the regular drip coffee maker • This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center — you can walk right over, no problem! • The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day and closes at the end of August — dates may change and are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is also managed by the HOA and may occur without notice • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
