You're also within 10 minutes of multiple Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrances, perfect for hiking, scenic drives, or exploring waterfalls. • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin. • Sleeps 4 guests maximum. • Parking is limited to 1 vehicle. • 4x4 drive is recommended for mountain travel. • Electric fireplace is seasonal (typically Oct–Mar). • Keurig and drip coffee maker available—please bring your own coffee. • Charcoal grill provided—bring your own charcoal. • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled before every stay. It may need time to heat on the check-in day. • Starter supplies include paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent. • Guests agree to communicate through the website messenger, even if initial contact occurs via another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
