The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please note that check-out time is 10:00 AM. To properly prepare the home for incoming guests, housekeeping is scheduled to begin immediately after check-out. Late departures may disrupt cleaning schedules and upcoming reservations. Guests who remain past the designated check-out time may be subject to a late check-out fee of up to $300.
