Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. Blue Jewel is nearby the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sabastian Winery! Blue Hen, the top neighborhood brunch spot is just a few blocks away, perfect for grabbing a delicious breakfast before you explore downtown. PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
