With a convenient dishwasher, cleaning up after meals becomes a breeze, saving you time and effort. To kickstart your day, we've also provided a coffee maker, so you can savor a hot and invigorating cup of java to fuel your mornings. - A stylish dining table to seat 4 where you can enjoy a sit-down meal with good conversation. - 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom to accommodate 4 guests as such: Bedroom 1: 1 King bed Common Area: 1 Pull-out queen sofa bed - Ample parking onsite. - There is a convenient coin-operated laundry facility right next to the apartment.

Mid-stay maintenance checks will be done every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note that this is mandatory. Please note that there is a window unit air conditioner next to the bed in the bedroom. It provides a consistent white noise hum that brings a peaceful sleep to most, but is not for everyone. A pet fee of $150 applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250. We accommodate only dogs, with a limit of two per stay, provided their combined weight does not exceed 60 lbs. It's important to obtain prior authorization for your pets to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of $500. Baby equipment is available for a fee. Please note that if leave your pet unattended in the property, your pet needs to be crated. There is a $100 fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. All linens and towels will also be provided, along with a starter supply of coffee. If you require any additional items upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please be aware for people with mobility issues, there is one step up to the bedroom. There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details. Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Guests staying 30 nights or longer will receive a complimentary mid-stay maintenance check to help ensure everything is in good working order. This service is provided at no additional cost. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay. - Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions. - Please avoid moving furniture.
