Take advantage of the privileged location of our flat in Senhora da Hora. The neighbourhood offers a pleasant atmosphere and is full of amenities. Enjoy breakfast at one of the local pastry shops, have lunch at a restaurant serving typical Portuguese dishes, or go shopping at NorteShopping, just a few minutes away. The metro station, a short distance away, allows you to easily explore the centre of Porto and the beaches of Matosinhos. Senhora da Hora is the perfect choice for those looking for a practical and pleasant stay, with easy access to everything the region has to offer. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to assist in opening the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) - fee upon consultation. In order to make Matosinhos more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €2.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (other conditions might apply, under the local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For bookings of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/television package expenses of €150. If these expenses exceed this amount, the guest will pay the additional cost. The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property, as requested, for inspection purposes. Monthly inspections are expected. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon consultation).
