Upon entry, you will find a cozy living room with a 65 inch SmartTV, a couch that pulls out into a queen bed, a kitchen ready to cook all your meals, and a dining area to enjoy them. In the bedroom you will find a Four Seasons King mattress, an ensuite bathroom, and a back patio that is yours to enjoy. Every inch of this incredible apartment has been meticulously designed by the owner. Ideal for folks traveling on business or a family sightseeing trip, we can comfortably sleep 4 guests as follows; ~King size Four Seasons mattress bed in the primary bedroom ~Sofa doubles as a pull-out Queen bed ~Outdoor space for guests to enjoy Loads of natural light creates a cozy, sophisticated space for guests to unwind after sightseeing, while still having the option to spread out. The kitchen includes all appliances and everything you'll need to whip up a meal, or order take-in from the surrounding award-winning restaurants. The dining space doubles as a laptop friendly workspace, perfect for getting some work done amidst adventuring. The living room comes complete with a 65 inch SmartTV, the perfect recipe for a cozy evening in after a long day exploring the sights! For those more interested in iconic landmarks and DC’s music scene than fine dining, Ben’s Chili Bowl, the Lincoln theater, and DC’s most famous Jazz venue, the 930 Club are short strolls away.
