This one-bedroom apartment is located on the 5th floor and is a 5-minute walk from the beach. This property is ideal for family vacations, business visits or romantic getaways. Room with a King Size bed, living room with a sofa bed for 2 adults, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee machine (CAPSULE INCLUDED) and bathroom with bathtub. Possibility of private parking on the property. It has a supermarket 1 minute walk away, 5 minutes walk to the beach, gardens less than 5 minutes walk, Madeira Forum Shopping Center 1 minute walk and the center of Funchal is a 25 minute walk. As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property. Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €250 will not be blocked on the card. Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €40, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details. This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival.
