Nearby, you'll find access to scenic drives, hiking trails, and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. • Must be 21 or older to book this condo • Sleeps 8 guests maximum • 3 parking spaces available onsite • 4x4 vehicle recommended for mountain travel • Fireplace is gas and seasonal (typically October–March) • Coffee maker is a regular drip—please bring your own coffee • Charcoal grill provided—bring charcoal • Hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled before each guest stay. On check-in day, it may take time to reach full temperature—adjust settings as needed • Starter supplies provided: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if contact is initiated through other means • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
