The backyard is a true oasis, boasting a private heated pool (April-September), a hot tub (heated year-round), cozy fire pits, a BBQ, and ample outdoor living and dining space. Everything here is brand new and designed for your comfort. You've found your own desert oasis at Crimson Sunsets in Kanab, Utah. It's a terrific option for a large family or multiple couples/friends. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on one level. All the Bedrooms have brand new king sized mattresses and 2 additional rollout beds are stored in the closet. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own smart TV. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare amazing meals. Coffee is provided via Keurig and K-cups. The great room has a large open floor plan with a 95 inch smart TV. After a long day of adventure, relax and rejuvenate in the private pool (heated April-September) and private hot tub (heated year round). Private fencing around the back yard with desert landscaping, patio, tables and plenty of outdoor seating, BBQ grill, propane fire pit, swimming pool and hot tub. Crimson Sunsets is a central place to stay while visiting Zion National Park (35 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (81 miles), The Grand Canyon North Rim (84 miles) and the other wonders surrounding the area such as Peekaboo Slot Canyon (17 miles), Horseshoe Bend (73 miles), Lake Powell (68 miles), Antelope Canyon (70 miles) and Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument (12 miles). There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. The pool opens in mid April or May through roughly October each season depending on the weather. We offer a free concierge service with some great recommendations!
