This incredible home provides the perfect resting spot for recovery after your thrilling adventures visiting all of our National Parks. We are central to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. The backyard is a desert oasis comes with a custom in ground pool heated April-September and hot tub, use for all year around. multiple fire pits, BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating and dining. The inside of the home is set up perfectly for multiple families or multiple couples traveling together. Each side of the home is set up like its own 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house. Each side has a private kitchen, great room, and dining area, and laundry room. The two sides are connected together via a 1200 sq/ft gathering space equipped with a 100 inch TV, Pool Table, Ping Pong, Table, Shuffle Board Table, and even some arcade games for the kids. You'll love that everything is fresh and new. Landscaping will be finished soon and updated pictures shortly after. You've found your own desert oasis right here in Kanab. It's a terrific option for a large family, multiple families, or multiple couples/friends. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms all on one level. All the Bedrooms have brand new king sized mattresses and 3 additional rollout beds are stored in the home. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own smart TV. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to prepare amazing meals. Coffee is provided via Keurig and K-cups. The great room has a large open floor plan with a 100 inch smart TV. The backyard is has privacy fencing all around, desert landscaping, patio, tables and plenty of outdoor seating, propane grill, fire pit, swimming pool and hot tub. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab. Equestrian and biking trails are also available.
