Welcome to our modern downtown apartments in the heart of Indianapolis! These three separate stylish 1-bedroom units in the same building are perfect for exploring the city. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Please note, the heating system is louder than average when running. If sensitive to sound, consider bringing earplugs. Each Apartment (3) Includes: ● 1 bedroom - queen ● 1 bathroom - ● High speed Wi-Fi ● 55" Smart TV ● Fully equipped kitchen ● Washer/dryer in-building ● Central heat and air ● Ring doorbell on the outside of the door. ● Keyless entry ● We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $30 per night, $150 per week, and $300 per month. The Argyle on Mass Ave, located on Massachusetts Avenue in Indianapolis, is a vibrant neighborhood known for its arts, culture, dining, and entertainment. With historic buildings, eclectic boutiques, art galleries, and diverse dining options, it offers a lively and engaging atmosphere. Whether you're exploring art exhibits, enjoying a meal at a trendy restaurant, or experiencing the vibrant nightlife, there's always something exciting happening on Mass Ave. • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). • Discounts applied automatically: -10% off for stays 7+ nights -20% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO). • Pets: -$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only). -Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions. -Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. ***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
