On the bottom level of the house you will find the master bedroom with a gas fire place and private bathroom. The laundry room is also located on the bottom level. Upstairs you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room with a gas fireplace, two bedrooms and bathroom with an entrance to the back deck where you find the hot tub. This house is set up comfortably for a family or a group of friends. Tahoe Donner Amenities: As part of your rental you will have 2 guest passes that will allow up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children’s play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails.
