Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 6-8): Master Bedroom - Partial Ocean Views: 1 King size bed, large ensuite bathroom, jacuzzi, closet, Smart TV with SKY TV, A/C and ceiling fan, desk, access to main terrace. Junior Master: 1 King size bed, sofa, large ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, A/C and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: 2 Double-size beds, private bathroom with shower, closets, A/C and ceiling fan. Children's Flex Room: Bunk bed with 2 twin beds for children, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, and storage areas. (Please note that since the washer/dryer and cleaning tools are stored in this room, housekeeping staff must constantly enter and exit this room, so it may not be suitable for adults or older teens). Included services: - Housekeeping and breakfast preparation (Monday thru Saturday, food and beverage/groceries are not included) - Use of one 6-seater golf cart - Concierge services - Premier Golf Punta Mita Membership. (Access fee aply) Please note that gratuity for the staff is not included. Tips are always appreciated and we kindly encourage guests to consider them based on the level of service received. Staying in Hacienda de Mita means front-row access to some of Punta Mita’s most prized features. The town of Punta de Mita, with its beach clubs, restaurants, and boutiques, is just 10 minutes away. Whether you're into surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, whale watching, or just lounging in the sun — you’ll find it all right here. The available payment method is via wire transfer. Additionally, a one-night refundable security deposit is required. Cancellation policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 30 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations made after 30 calendar days shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the holiday season (Christmas Week, New Year's Week, Mexican Holy Week, Thanksgiving, Easter), a 90-day cancellation policy applies. If cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to the date of arrival, a 100% refund applies. If cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be credited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years old). Enter and leave the property at the times marked by check-in and check-out. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident on the property. From 10 p.m. onwards, loud music is not allowed, and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating in the pools is not allowed. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Shoes are not allowed on the sofas. Suitable for infants (under 2 years old). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles inside the condominium. No pets allowed.
