Each guest suite promises comfort and luxury, with the marble interiors and expansive living areas designed to bring the beauty of the ocean right to you. The heart of the home features a gourmet kitchen, a grand granite island, formal indoor dining, and versatile outdoor dining areas, including a veranda and pergola by the pool. Bedroom Configuration: Master Bedroom – Ocean View: One (1) King size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, jacuzzi. Bedroom 2 – Ocean View: One (1) King size bed, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 – Ocean View: Two (2) Queen size beds, ensuite bathroom, jacuzzi Bedroom 4– Ocean View: One (1) King size bed, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 5: Two (2) Queen size beds, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 6 (Kids’ bedroom): Four (4) twin size beds (bunk beds), with full bathroom Includes: Daily housekeeping, breakfast, and light lunch preparation (food and beverages are not included), use of one 6-seater golf cart and one 4-seater golf cart, concierge services, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, and Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership access. Note: Gratuity for the staff is not included. It is always appreciated and recommended based on the level of service received. Lagos del Mar is an exclusive community within Punta Mita, known for its elevated location and stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, golf courses, and the distant Marietas Islands. Offering both privacy and convenience, it provides easy access to beach clubs, dining, and amenities while maintaining a peaceful, refined atmosphere. Please note the method of payment available is via wire transfer. A $3,000 USD refundable security deposit is required. Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel a reservation with 60 days’ notice prior to their arrival date to receive a refund of 100% of the initial deposit, except for Christmas weeks. During Christmas weeks, Client shall give 120-day notice prior to their arrival date to receive a refund of 100% of the initial deposit. If Client fails to give the above notices, all sums paid shall be NON- REFUNDABLE. Please refer to rental agreement for more information. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
