Bedroom Configuration: Master Bedroom: 1 King-size bed, filtered water, spacious ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi, walk-in closet, 55” HD TV with Apple TV, A/C, ceiling fan, cozy sitting area for reading or watching TV, and direct access to the main terrace. Junior Master: 1 King-size bed, large ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, 55” HD TV with Apple TV, walk-in closet, A/C, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: 2 Queen-size beds, private bathroom with shower, 55” HD TV with Apple TV, closets, A/C, and ceiling fan. Children’s Flex Room: Bunk bed with two twin beds, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, and storage space. (Please note: as housekeeping supplies are stored in this room, staff may need to access it regularly, making it less suitable for adults or older teens.) Included: Daily housekeeping (Monday through Saturday), one 6-passenger golf cart, concierge services, and Premier Golf Punta Mita Membership. *Breakfast preparation can be arranged for an additional $35 USD per day (food and beverages not included). Gratuities are not included. Staying in Hacienda de Mita means front-row access to some of Punta Mita’s most prized features. Whether you're into surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, whale watching, or just lounging in the sun — you’ll find it all right here. The available payment method is via wire transfer. Additionally, a one-night refundable security deposit is required. Cancellation policy: An 80% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 60 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. A 50% refund of the total rent applies if cancellation takes place between 59 and 30 calendar days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 30 calendar days prior to arrival; shall be non-refundable. House rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check in and check out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10pm, loud music is not allowed and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (less than 2). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
