Condo Turquesa located at Hacienda de Mita in Punta Mita spans approximately 3,600 square feet, featuring vaulted beam ceilings and a spacious living area. Each bedroom, including two master suites with king-size beds, and a third bedroom with two queen-size beds, boasts luxury and comfort. The staff room, equipped with twin-size bunk beds, ensures ample space for all. The recent remodel enhances every corner, from the high-end furnishings and luxury bedding to the newly upgraded bathrooms with modern fixtures and elegant granite countertops. Staying in Hacienda de Mita means front-row access to some of Punta Mita’s most prized features. You’re just a few steps from the swimmable beaches of Banderas Bay and minutes from two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses. The town of Punta de Mita, with its beach clubs, restaurants, and boutiques, is just 10 minutes away. Whether you're into surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, whale watching, or just lounging in the sun — you’ll find it all right here. The available payment method is via wire transfer. Additionally, a one-night refundable security deposit is required. Cancellation policy: 100% Refund if canceled at least 20 days before arrival date. 50% refund (minus service fee) if canceled at least 15 days before arrival date if you cancel less than 15 days before check in date there is no refund. House rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years old). Enter and leave the property at the times marked by check-in and check-out. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident on the property. From 10 pm onwards, loud music is not allowed, and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating in the pool area is not allowed. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Shoes are not allowed on the sofas. Suitable for infants (under 2 years old). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
