Located in Las Terrazas community, in the "Golf" building with only 5 other condos, it offers amazing golf views of the 14th fairway's Pacifico golf course. The community features two large community pools connected by a swim channel which is right in front of the condo's terrace, creating a private plunge pool feel during sunset evenings. Payment method available is via wire transfer. Please note that a refundable security deposit of $1000 USD is required. Cancellation policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 90 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. A 50% refund of the total rent applies if cancellation takes place between 89 and 30 calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations after 30 calendar days shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the holiday season (Christmas Week, New Year's Week, Mexican Holy Week, Thanksgiving, Easter), a 90-day cancellation policy applies: if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to the date of arrival, a 100% refund applies. If cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10:00 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Minors without a driver's license cannot drive the golf cart. No pets allowed.
