This ground floor opens onto a waterfront patio and a small private plunge pool, perfect for enjoying scenic breakfasts or evening drinks. From the patio, you can take in the beautiful view of Rodney Bay Marina with its array of luxury yachts and sailboats, and even jumping fish. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a laundry room for your convenience, as well as a small powder room nearby. Additionally, a small office on the ground floor provides an ideal private workspace. The top floor houses three air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has two single beds and a balcony with marina views. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom features a king bed, a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with an amazing view of the marina. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. For your stay, you will choose two bedrooms, and the third bedroom will be locked off.
