Located on the 6th floor, the last floor of a building with elevator, this modern and comfortable apartment is ready to welcome you on your holidays. Apartment ElDoMar 6AA has one room with king size bed and sofa on the living room, providing accommodation for up to two people. You will have access to the rooftop of the building that gives you an outstanding 180 degrees sea view and the perfect place for sunbathing, enjoy your breakfast on the outside while planning your trip around the island. The property has foldable furniture so you can enjoy the rooftop. Apartment ElDoMar 6AA has one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. It provides access to internet and tv, offering you the most comfortable stay, just like at home. One parking place is also available. Situated in a building with access to 2 streets with all the services that you need, 5 minutes walking to a supermarket and a post office, coffee areas and bakeries. Close to Apartment ElDoMar 6AA, you will find plenty of restaurants and bars where you can delight yourself with our delicious gastronomy or international cuisine.  We can assure you that you have a lot to choose from! Five minutes walking distance, you can find the pleasant Lido garden and the Lido swimming complex, with swimming pool, direct sea access and bar - the perfect spot for families. You can also choose to go for a walk through the Lido Promenade until Praia Formosa. A black sand and pebble beach, just two and a half kilometres away. As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property. Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €250 will not be blocked on the card. Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €40, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details. This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and attention to detail in our units. Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay and then quality-checked. Please remember that you're staying in a residential building, Please treat our apartment and the building community with respect. If any problems arise, let us know. At the rooftop respect the privacy of the balconies of the front neighbours and keep low the noise starting at 10 pm until 10 am. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
