Welcome to our modern 1-bedroom condo in downtown Indianapolis! Enjoy a full kitchen, cozy living area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a sound machine in the bedroom. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $250 per month. The Argyle on Mass Ave, located on bustling Massachusetts Avenue in Indianapolis, is a vibrant neighborhood known for its arts, culture, dining, and entertainment. With historic buildings, eclectic boutiques, art galleries, and diverse dining options, it offers a lively and engaging atmosphere. Whether you're exploring art exhibits, enjoying a meal at a trendy restaurant, or experiencing the vibrant nightlife, there's always something exciting happening on Mass Ave. • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). • Discounts applied automatically: -10% off for stays 7+ nights -20% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO). • Pets: -$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only). -Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions. -Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. ***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
