Unit 3, Block 4, Lot 1. Horizon Reach is a residence designed by Barry Elbasani, FAIA, poised on the bluff trail at the North end of Black Point Beach, surrounded by common lands on three sides allowing for lots of privacy. Horizon Reach is designed with 3 separate suites. Each suite and great room have their own thermostat to control the radiant heating to your own preference. The main level floors are polished concrete, while the upper levels are teak hardwood. The expansive windows are all double-paned for insulation, keeping Horizon Reach cozy. Behind a closed door, the north suite features a bedroom with beautiful ocean views, 45" flat screen tv, and a full ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower, and office space with a staircase leading to the second-floor loft with twin beds. Views from the loft are of the meadow and ocean to the north and west, and cypress trees to the east. The first-floor south bedroom off the kitchen features a king bed, a 55” flat-screen TV, and a seating area to view the ocean and wildlife. The ensuite bathroom has a deep soaking tub with shower. The second-floor south bedroom features a Stearns and Foster king-sized bed centered in the room to optimize the sweeping views up and down the coastline. The ensuite bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower with ocean view. Also on the second level is a 20’ X 20’ private sundeck facing the east with views of the trees and the mountains. It is a lovely spot to sunbath by day and star-gaze at night. Additional common spaces are a library and a pool room. The pool room features an Olhausen 7’ pool table, slate floors, teak paneling, tin ceiling and a nautical motif. The kitchen is designed with the cook in mind. It is equipped with Viking appliances (induction stovetop, double ovens, microwave, and refrigerator). The Kitchen has two separate sinks – a prep sink in the island and a clean-up sink (with an ocean view!). The countertops are river-washed granite. The kitchen island separates the kitchen from the dining where a rosewood dining table and seating for 8 greets you. The living area follows the tradition of Sea Ranch with 14’ of built-in sofas along the window wall as well as another 7’ built-in sofa defining the entry hallway. Additional comfort can be enjoyed in two Eames chairs. For cozy nights, there is a gas fireplace with a home theater system (iPod ready) and 42" flat screen tv. From the living room is a slider to the west deck and ocean facing hot tub. SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch. Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night. Maximum number of vehicles shall be 3 (three), parked in driveway. No RV's. Maximum occupancy is 8 for this home. Due to the close proximity to the ocean bluffs, homeowner suggests guests aged 8 and older occupy this home rental.
