Settle into a relaxed coastal retreat designed for easy downtime between beach walks and bluff-top hikes. With 3 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the home comfortably hosts up to 6 guests. Natural light, a fenced patio, and outdoor seating create inviting spots to lounge, while the hot tub is perfect for a post-adventure soak. Head outside to the garden/backyard to grill and gather, or stroll down to the shore. Practical touches like Wi-Fi, an in-home washer and dryer, and an EV charger add simple convenience for longer stays or family trips. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon check-in. • Stairs: The home has stairs (please see photos). • Wi-Fi and cell service: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to the remote coastal location and area-wide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty. • Pets: This home is not pet friendly. • Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the home. • Outdoor space: Fenced patio with outdoor seating and BBQ grill. • EV charging: EV charger available on site. • Beach and trails: About 300 yards to Pebble Beach with adjacent trail access. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
