Surrounded by white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, this enclave offers a paradisiacal experience for travelers seeking relaxation and sophistication. Among its highlights are world-class golf courses, such as the famous Pacifico Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as top-notch surfing experiences on the region's waves. This captivating destination invites visitors to enjoy a serene and sophisticated ambiance, where natural beauty harmoniously blends with luxury and relaxation. A security deposit equal to one night's rate is required. In addition to the nightly rates Guest is responsible for all food and beverage costs during their stay. F&B deposit is calculated at $180 USD per person per day Gratuity is not included and is at the guest's discretion, but is always appreciated by our staff. The listed nightly rental rates apply to up to twelve Guests (or fourteen Guests with small children). More than twelve Guests an additional fee of $450 USD per person, per night applies. Cancellation policy: All of the payments made by Guest in accordance herewith shall be NON-REFUNDABLE once delivered to Owner. However, in the event that Guest notifies Owner that Guest will not occupy the Premises for all or the remainder of the Rental Period, Owner will attempt, with no guarantees, on a reasonable best efforts basis and subject to Owner’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, to re-rent the Premises. Guest will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid hereunder only if the Premises are re-rented for the Rental Period and for an amount equal to or greater than that being paid by Guest. In such case, Owner shall refund to Guest the amount realized by such re-renting of the Premises, less any and all costs, direct and indirect, including Agent or other parties’ commissions or fees, which have already been earned for services performed, and including additional commissions incurred in connection with such re-renting of the Premises, which in any event shall not exceed the amounts paid by Guest. Alternatively, at the Owner’s sole discretion, Owner may apply a credit equal to Rental Payments received for a future rental. Any future rental must occur within twelve (12) months of cancellation, subject to availability and compliance with reservation policy. House rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Minors without a license are not allowed to drive vehicles within Punta Mita. No pets allowed.
