Punta Mita is an exclusive tourist destination located on the Mexican Pacific coast, known for its natural beauty and luxurious facilities. Surrounded by white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, this enclave offers a paradisiacal experience for travelers seeking rest and sophistication. Among its most notable attractions are world-class golf courses, such as the famous Pacifico Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as top-tier surfing experiences on the region's waves. This captivating destination invites visitors to enjoy a serene and sophisticated atmosphere, where natural beauty harmoniously combines with luxury and relaxation. The listed nightly rates appy to up to twenty (20) guests: More than 20 guests an additional fee of $250 USD per person, per night fee applies. Maximum number of guests twenty five (25) or, twenty seven (27) with children under the age of six (6). A $7,500 USD refundable security deposit is required. Plus a Food and Beverage deposit: $95 USD per guest per night (additional funds will be paid to the house account as needed). Cancellation Policy: Customer may cancel reservation before 60 days prior to arrival and receive a 100% refund. Cancellations between 59 and 30 days prior to check-in receive a 50% refund. After that time, there are no refunds or returns of deposit. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (under 2 years old). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles inside the condominium. No pets allowed.
